Proposed and led migration of Kubernetes workloads from x86 to AWS ARM instances (m7g), achieving 50%+ better performance and 15–18% cost reduction across alpha, beta, and production clusters.
Implemented Uptime Kuma for monitoring; built a Python API + visual dashboard for backup observability with S3-backed CronJob pods.
Built ARM-compatible Docker images for services lacking native ARM support; refactored images to run as non-root users, enhancing security posture.
Enhanced Kubernetes platform stability through component upgrades, fixing out-of-sync ArgoCD apps, and CI/CD pipeline repairs.
Successfully migrated PostgreSQL databases from AWS to Azure with zero data loss; configured automatic backups using pg_backrest.
